Description:
Hosta 'Mardi Gras' is a large hosta variety that combines the size of H. nigrescens 'Elatior' with the texture and variegation of H. 'Christmas Tree'. It forms a 3-foot wide clump of blue-green leaves with a creamy white band and produces 3-foot tall scapes of pure white flowers in midsummer. This hosta is ideal for shade gardens and attracts butterflies and hummingbirds.
