Description:
Garrya wrightii is an evergreen desert shrub native to northern Mexico and the southwestern United States. It grows on rocky slopes and in crevices of cliffs at elevations of 5,000 to 8,000 feet. This shrub features terminal spikes of leucothoe-like white flowers and clusters of purple berries, making it a striking addition to drought-tolerant and wildlife gardens.
