Description:
Asarum subglobosum 'Mariner' is an evergreen clump-forming species from Kyushu, Japan, with 4-5 inch oval leaves that have a dark black-green matte finish and large silver blotches. It emits a sassafras scent when crushed and produces bizarre white flowers beneath the leaves in spring.
