Description:
This cactus, originating from South America, has a globose shape and yellow flowers. It grows slowly, reaching a height of 35-40 inches, and flowers in spring and autumn. The plant requires regular watering but should not be overwatered, and it thrives in full drainage soil with neutral to slightly acidic compost. It is hardy in zones 9b to 11 and can tolerate frost down to -12°C (10.4°F).
