Description:
Aquarius bracteatus is a striking aquatic plant native to Central and Northern South America. It forms a 6-foot tall specimen with bold, glossy green leaves and produces 7-foot tall spikes of white flowers from June to October. The flowers are followed by small plantlets, but no seeds, allowing the patch to spread up to 15 feet wide. This plant is ideal for marginal or full aquatic settings, adding a spectacular presence to water gardens.
