Description:
Anthurium peltigerum is a plant with oval leaves featuring a peltate leaf insertion, native to Ecuador and southwestern Colombia. It grows mostly as an epiphyte in premontane rainforest and wet forest environments. The leaves are light green and shiny, turning deep dark green with age, and appear as if covered with velvet.
