Amorphophallus paeoniifolius 'Gajendra', also known as Elephant foot yam, is a non-acrid cultivar developed in India as a food crop. It features 5-foot tall smooth stalks with mottled green and white splotches, topped with a huge palm-like leaf. In late spring, it produces a unique brain-like flower once the bulb reaches 8 inches across.
