Description:
Originating from Myanmar (Burma), this smaller version of Alocasia odora and Alocasia macrorrhizos forms a fast-offsetting 4-foot tall plant. It dies to the ground each winter in non-tropical climates and forms a thick above-ground trunk in tropical climates. The plant has upright 2-foot long, scalloped-edged leaves and prefers slightly moist, well-drained soils and part sun.
