Description:

Discovered by Paul James, this plant is the first commercially available pink-flowered form and clumps emerge in late spring. It has 2-foot tall, bright red, wiry, arching stems and small, cutleaf foliage, with light pink flowers from early May through June. It tolerates most garden soils and thrives in moist, rich, woodland soil, and was named one of the top 200 plants of the last 200 years by the Royal Horticultural Society.
