Description:

Ipomoea batatas, commonly known as sweet potato vine, features abundant small white flowers and elongated dark green leaves. It blooms nearly year-round in mild climates and can grow 6-12 inches tall, spreading and climbing as it matures. This plant is low maintenance, thrives in full sun to partial shade, and attracts bees and hummingbirds. However, it is highly toxic if ingested by humans or pets.
