Heucherella 'Alabama Sunrise'

Family: Nan, Genus: Heucherella

Description:

Heucherella 'Alabama Sunrise' is a perennial plant known for its vibrant, seasonally changing foliage. In spring, its leaves are bright gold-green with striking red veins, transitioning to greener hues with red highlights as they mature. The plant produces petite white, bell-shaped flowers in late spring, and its foliage takes on coral tones in the fall, lasting through winter. It is hardy and tolerates hot, humid summers well, forming clumps about 1 foot tall and 20 inches wide. The leaves are maple-shaped with red central veins, and the plant's golden foliage in spring shifts to chartreuse and green in summer. It features 2-foot tall stalks of small white flowers in early June.
