Description:

This rosette-forming perennial succulent is native to southeastern Mexico. It has bright green leaves with yellow variegation, small or nonexistent spines, and flowers infrequently. Leaves can grow up to 20-40 inches long, and it produces a single reddish sharp terminal spine, flowering once between 8-10 years with a stalk up to 8 feet tall.
