Hedychium 'Raffillii' is a ginger plant known for its giant 18-inch flower heads of fragrant, brilliant orange flowers. It grows 5-6 feet tall and was awarded the Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit in 1941. This plant is the earliest ginger to flower, starting in early- to mid-July.
