Description:
Originating from Japan, this slow-growing plant forms a 2-inch tall by 1-foot wide clump. It has small serrate green leaves that emerge nearly white and change to a frosty edge before turning greener. It is very tough and drought-tolerant, making it perfect for 'white' roofs.
