Description:
Epimedium 'Picture Frame' is a perennial plant introduced in 2014, known for its unique foliage and large, dangling white flowers. The plant forms an 18-inch tall and 30-inch wide clump, with new foliage emerging in mid-April featuring purple flecks. A second flush of leaves appears with a burgundy border and more prominent speckling. It is suitable for shaded areas and is deer and rabbit resistant.
