Description:
Artemisia abrotanum, native to Eurasia and Africa, is a small bushy shrub with a strong camphor-like odor. It has grey-green, narrow, feathery leaves and small yellow flowers. Known for its insect-repelling properties, it is used in herbal teas and traditional medicine. The plant is best cut back in early spring and has received the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit.
