Euonymus fortunei 'Sarcoxie'

Family: Celastraceae, Genus: Euonymus

Description:

Euonymus fortunei 'Sarcoxie' is an evergreen vine with lush green foliage, more upright than most Euonymus. It forms upright mounds and produces green flowers in spring that attract bees and butterflies, followed by showy shell-pink seed capsules in fall. Hardy in USDA zones 4 to 9, it can be trained to climb or grow as a shrub and is tolerant of pollution and drought. However, it can be invasive in some areas.
