Description:

Disporopsis pernyi, also known as Evergreen Solomon's Seal, is a robust plant native to the rocky mountains of southern China. It forms a 4-foot wide patch of 1-foot tall stalks with thick, round evergreen leaves. In mid-spring, it produces small, fragrant white flowers, followed by fleshy dark purple fruit. This plant thrives in woodland conditions and is an excellent groundcover with its glossy dark-green leaves and arched stems. It is drought-tolerant and performs well in both sun and shade.
