Description:

Aglaonema simplex, also known as Malayan Sword or Chinese Evergreen, is a hardy houseplant native to Southeast Asia. It thrives in low-light conditions and prefers high humidity and nutrient-rich soil. This slow-growing plant features dark-green, oval-shaped leaves and is tolerant of waterlogged conditions. It is popular in aquariums and terrariums but contains toxic calcium oxalate crystals.
