Ceratophyllum demersum

This easy aquatic plant is found floating in lakes and ponds and is excellent for shrimp and fish breeders. It absorbs excess waste and nutrients and provides hiding places for fry or shrimplets. The plant grows to a height of 6-15 inches and thrives in medium to high light conditions without requiring CO2.
