Crambe maritima

Crambe maritima, also known as sea kale, is a salt-tolerant plant related to cabbage, native to European coasts. It features thick, waxy blue leaves and tall spikes of white flowers in spring. Historically cultivated as a vegetable, it thrives in salty soils and is a dominant plant in shingle beach communities.
