Isodon effusus

Isodon effusus is a woodland plant from the salvia family, native to the mountains of Japan. It is known for its airy panicles of purple tubular flowers that bloom in the fall. This plant thrives in part sun to light shade and is a beautiful addition to fall woodland gardens, attracting insects and adding a splash of color to the landscape.
