Mukdenia rossii

Mukdenia rossii is a herbaceous plant with basal, palmate leaves and white flowers that bloom in spring. Native to China and Korea, it prefers moist, rich woodland conditions and displays autumn foliage with fall color.

Mukdenia rossii 'Karasuba'

Mukdenia rossii 'Karasuba' is a deciduous plant native to Korea's Mt. Sorak, forming a 2-foot wide clump of green foliage. It produces 2-foot stalks of tiny white flowers in April and May, with leaves that turn bright red in fall. This plant thrives in part sun to light shade and is a colorful addition to gardens with its seasonal foliage changes and delicate spring blooms.
