Obetia ficifolia

Obetia ficifolia, also known as Urtica ficifolia, is a unique plant native to the islands of Réunion and Rodrigues. It can grow up to 16 feet tall with a trunk diameter of about 12 to 16 inches. The plant features thyrsoid inflorescences that form large tufts between its leaves, and it produces tiny unisexual white flowers. It thrives in full sun and is hardy in USDA zones 8 to 10. This plant can be propagated through seeds or cuttings, making it versatile for cultivation.
