Osmundastrum cinnamomeum

Osmundastrum cinnamomeum, known as the Cinnamon Fern, is a deciduous US native fern that forms upright clumps up to 3 feet tall and wide. It thrives in moist soils but can also tolerate typical garden conditions. The plant is noted for its cinnamon-colored fertile fronds and can reach up to 6 feet tall in ideal conditions. It is deer resistant and grows well in light shade to dense woodlands.
