Description:
Salvia 'Newe Yaar' is a hybrid sage with a clump of grey-green lobed foliage that reaches 3 feet tall and 6 feet wide. In spring, it is adorned with spikes of small lavender flowers. This plant requires good drainage and plenty of sun, and it is known for its milder taste due to lower camphor levels. It is uncertainly hardy north of Zone 7.
