Crambe cordifolia, also known as greater sea-kale, is a bold perennial native to the Caucasus, recognized for its large, kidney-shaped dark green leaves and spectacular white flower stalks in early summer. It can grow up to 8 feet tall and 5 feet wide, making it a striking addition to any garden. This plant is tap-rooted and resents disturbance, preferring well-drained soil and cooler climates.
